Efficient staff, huge, fairly quiet rooms with a balcony looking out on quite lush trees. Location - comfortable, so close to Ferry to San Francisco Grounds, restaurants and the airport and the airport.

The place was upgraded and absolutely great. the location was particularly good and magnificent - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. They gave us a tastefully decorated and reasonably large king room with 2 queen beds.

Upgraded hotel located close to downtown, Black Bear restaurant, downhill, and airport with shuttle service. Amicable staff always available. - Good food and alcoholic drinks available.

The beds where big, I slept well. The hotel had excellant and absolutely perfect location right by the centre of San Francisco and the car rental🙂

This place has been recently renovated and includes a nice restaurant; the staff is very friendly and check-in is efficient, plus there are plenty of good dining choices available.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room which had its own little patio and parking right next to it. The hotel has its own shuttle service, making it quick and convenient to get to the airport. The driver was very nice and even provided a stepstool for us shorter senior ladies. com.

Appreciated the well decorated and great-sized room in an arc around the ballroom. The staff were amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating all the time. The location of the hotel was favourable and excellent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Oakland Aviation Museum.

The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities like big beds, a fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment. the location was convenient, being close to California. - I enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel. - For a nice cup of tea or coffee, Fenton's Creamery nearby is a great spot to visit.

Great location, efficient staff, clean room and bed. Floor could use a redo, but at least no carpet. Parking lot needs cleanup. Shuttle and drivers were excellent. Impressive adjacent Indian/Pakistani restaurant. Breakfast lacked protein options. Decent for a one-night stay.
